  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 16 ounces Butterfinger bars, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl or stand mixer, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the creamy peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.
  4. Gradually incorporate the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until the dough comes together.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped Butterfinger pieces until evenly distributed.
  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
