Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
