2 naan breads
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
½ cup tzatziki sauce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, diced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the tzatziki sauce by grating half of the cucumber and squeezing out excess moisture. Mix it with yogurt, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and optional herbs.
Place naan on a baking sheet and spread tzatziki sauce generously over each piece.
Top with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
