  • 10 oz Bag Angel Hair Coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 12 oz Lemon Burst Yogurt (2 containers)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups diced strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine angel hair coleslaw, sliced almonds, and raisins. Toss gently to mix.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together lemon yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and fold gently until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Just before serving, fold in diced strawberries gently to maintain their shape.
