  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter (for cooking)
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (optional)
  • ¼ cup black olives, sliced (optional)
  • ½ cup cooked grilled chicken, diced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and chop the fresh spinach. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
