  • 1 handful basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 heaping tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8–10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti with shredded cabbage, carrots, and green onions.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, vegetable oil, peanut butter, garlic, cayenne pepper, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour dressing over the spaghetti mixture and toss until well coated.
  5. Gently fold in roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, cilantro, and basil.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld before serving.
