Ingredients
Scale
3 large jalapeños, roasted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place whole jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through until blistered and charred. Allow cooling before peeling.
In a food processor, combine the roasted jalapeños (stems removed), softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and drizzle BBQ sauce on top. Use a knife or skewer to create a marbled effect.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
