  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (vegan)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 1215 wonton wrappers
  • Avocado slices
  • Green onions (sliced)
  • Jalapeños (sliced)
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the wonton chips by cutting wrappers into triangles and frying in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
  2. Dice the ahi tuna into small cubes and marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chili garlic sauce for 15 minutes.
