  • 1 family size black tea bag
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup honey
  • 2 cups frozen peaches (thawed and pureed) or fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • Additional frozen peaches for serving

Instructions

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Add the tea bag and steep for about 5 minutes.
  2. While the tea steeps, combine sugar, honey, and 1 cup of water in another saucepan over low heat until dissolved.
  3. Stir in the pureed peaches into the syrup mixture and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the tea bag from the brewed tea and mix in the peach syrup until well combined.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving over ice with additional peach slices.
