  • 6 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 1½ tablespoons cornstarch
  • 12 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
