  • 34 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 34 tablespoons peach puree (for frosting)
  • 12 tablespoons sparkling grape juice (for frosting)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh peach slices
  • Sparkling sugar or granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in sparkling grape juice, whole milk, vanilla extract, and peach puree until combined.
  5. Gradually fold in dry ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
  8. For frosting: Beat room temperature butter until creamy; gradually add powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Stir in peach puree and sparkling grape juice; blend until fluffy.
  9. Frost cooled cupcakes generously and top with fresh peach slices.
