  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (rinsed and trimmed)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ½ cup strawberry juice (or sparkling water)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 cups fresh mangoes (rinsed and peeled)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (for mango layer)
  • ½ cup mango juice (or sparkling water)
  • 1 cup ice (for mango layer)
  • Mint leaves & fresh strawberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend mangoes with one tablespoon of lime juice, half a cup of mango juice or sparkling water, and one cup of ice until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In another blender, combine strawberries with one tablespoon of lime juice, half a cup of strawberry juice or sparkling water, and one cup of ice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mango mixture halfway into glasses. Slowly spoon the strawberry mixture over the back of a spoon to create distinct layers.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves and sliced strawberries before serving immediately.
