  • 2 Black Tea Bags (or 2 tsp loose leaf tea)
  • 1 Ripe Mango (or frozen mango cubes)
  • 4 cups Water (divided)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water and steep the black tea bags for about 10 minutes. Remove and discard the bags.
  2. In another saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add diced mango. Simmer for about 10 minutes until softened, then mash into a puree.
  3. Strain the mango puree into the pitcher with the brewed tea, ensuring smooth consistency.
  4. Stir in honey until dissolved.
  5. Fill glasses with ice and pour the chilled Mango Iced Tea over. Garnish with fresh mango slices or mint if desired.
