  • 3/4 cup wild frozen blueberries

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. Add egg, lemon zest, and lemon juice; mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in frozen blueberries.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until edges are golden brown but centers remain soft.
  8. Allow to cool slightly on the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
