Instructions

  1. In a skillet over low heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, about 25 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, kosher salt, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  3. Increase skillet heat to medium; add halved Brussels sprouts cut-side down and cover to cook undisturbed for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir gently and add water; cover again for another 5 minutes until tender.
  5. Reduce heat to low; pour in the honey mixture and stir until sprouts are well-coated and glistening, about 2 minutes.
  6. Crumble cooked turkey bacon over the top and mix gently before serving.
