  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, lime juice, honey, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. While chicken marinates, mix room temperature butter with garlic powder and minced basil in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Preheat your grill over medium-high heat.
