  • 8 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ¾ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. If using fresh corn, cut the kernels off the cob and place them in a large bowl. If using frozen corn, measure it out.
  3. Add salt and pepper to the corn and toss gently.
  4. Cube the butter and cream cheese and scatter them over the corn mixture.
  5. Drizzle honey evenly over the top.
  6. Sprinkle paprika on top of everything, then mix gently to combine.
  7. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes covered, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
