- 8 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ¾ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- If using fresh corn, cut the kernels off the cob and place them in a large bowl. If using frozen corn, measure it out.
- Add salt and pepper to the corn and toss gently.
- Cube the butter and cream cheese and scatter them over the corn mixture.
- Drizzle honey evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle paprika on top of everything, then mix gently to combine.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
