1/2 jalapeño pepper, finely diced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 large eggs
Juice from half a lime
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Hamburger or slider buns (4)

Instructions
