  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and olive oil. Add minced garlic, salt, and black pepper; mix well.
  3. Cut the cabbage into wedges, placing them flat-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each wedge generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle grated parmesan over the hot cabbage. Let it melt slightly before serving.
