Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ pounds sirloin steak
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F) or preheat your oven to the same temperature.
  2. Wash and cut baby potatoes into uniform pieces. Slice the onion thinly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss the sirloin pieces in this mixture until well coated.
  4. Tear off four sheets of aluminum foil (12 inches each). Layer potato pieces on each sheet followed by marinated steak and sliced onions. Top with butter cubes.
  5. Seal the foil packets tightly to prevent steam from escaping.
  6. Cook on the grill for 20-25 minutes or in the oven for 25-30 minutes until everything is tender.
  7. Carefully open the packets, letting steam escape, and serve warm.
