  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 2 cans (6 oz each) white crab meat, drained
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; mix well.
  4. Gently fold in three-quarters of the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses along with the crab meat and chives.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
