- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2 cans (6 oz each) white crab meat, drained
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; mix well.
- Gently fold in three-quarters of the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses along with the crab meat and chives.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
