Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450º F.
  2. Rinse and drain the black beans thoroughly.
  3. In a food processor, combine black beans, salsa, taco seasoning, chipotle pepper, garlic powder, and salt; blend until smooth yet slightly chunky.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add green onions and sauté until fragrant.
