  • 2 cups frozen peas (thawed)
  • 12 oz turkey bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely.
  2. Prepare the thawed peas and cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  3. In a small bowl or mason jar, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to create the dressing.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, peas, turkey bacon, and Parmesan cheese. Pour the dressing over the mixture and gently fold until everything is well-coated.
