  • 8 oz brick-style cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen corn and chopped jalapeños.
