  • 1 ½ cups frozen corn
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 7 ounces turkey kielbasa
  • 2 cups fat-free half-and-half
  • 1 pound cleaned crab meat (divided)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium-high heat, cook turkey kielbasa until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add frozen potatoes and corn; cook for about 3–5 minutes.
  3. Pour in vegetable broth and stir in garlic salt, Cajun seasoning, thyme, and black pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add cooked turkey kielbasa back into the pot; let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in fat-free half-and-half; simmer gently for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Fold in all but half a cup of crab meat; let it heat through for another 5–10 minutes before serving.
