  • 3 cans (14 oz each) artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 1/4 cup minced flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup dry white grape juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic with olive oil.
  3. Spoon half of the garlic oil mixture into a large baking dish.
  4. Place the rinsed artichoke hearts in the baking dish and drizzle with the remaining garlic oil.
  5. Sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes evenly over the artichokes.
  6. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated cheese, parsley, lemon juice, and salt. Top the artichokes with this breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown on top.
