1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
1 1/2 – 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 pound sushi-grade ahi tuna (cubed)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix well.
Gently fold in the cubed ahi tuna until evenly coated with the marinade.
Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
