8 oz lo mein noodles (cooked according to package instructions)
1 large carrot (julienne)
1 cup broccoli (chopped)
1 large red bell pepper (sliced)
1 medium onion (sliced)
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp oil (for frying)
Instructions
Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan or wok, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent, then add carrots, broccoli, bell pepper, and garlic. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
