  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onion for about 3-4 minutes until softened.

  3. Stir in ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks until browned and no longer pink (about 6-7 minutes).

  5. In another small bowl, mix cornstarch with cold water until dissolved.
  6. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the cooked turkey; stir well to combine.
  7. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes before adding the cornstarch slurry to thicken.
