1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup yogurt or plant-based alternative
1/2 avocado (sliced)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine cubed sweet potatoes, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
