  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch, mixed with 2 teaspoons water for thickening

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Pat shrimp dry; season with salt and pepper. Trim asparagus and cut into pieces.
  2. Whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch slurry in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat; stir-fry asparagus for about 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. Remove from pan.
