  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries (optional)

Instructions

  2. Fold in chopped or mashed strawberries and graham cracker crumbs until combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  5. Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top while the chocolate is still wet.
  6. Chill again for about 30 minutes until set before serving.
