  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (for sauce)
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Slice chicken and chop veggies.
  2. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Whisk together remaining soy sauce, honey/maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, cornstarch mixed with water/broth to create the sauce.
