  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak in a mixture of soy sauce and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes. Toss the shrimp with remaining soy sauce.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated flank steak for about 3-4 minutes until browned; remove from pan.

  5. Return the seared steak and shrimp to the skillet; toss everything together until well combined.
