  • 3 tbsp. plus 1/2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided, plus more for pan
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 6 oz. baby spinach
  • All-purpose flour, for surface
  • 16 oz. store-bought pizza dough, room temperature
  • 1 c. marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. ricotta cheese (about 8 oz.)
  • 1/2 c. finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-low heat; sauté garlic until caramelized.
  3. Stir in oregano and crushed red pepper flakes, then transfer to a bowl.
  4. Cook baby spinach in the same skillet until wilted; set aside.
  5. Stretch pizza dough on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Spread the garlic mixture over the dough; layer with spinach, artichokes, ricotta, and Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before slicing and serving.
