  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1214 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Press each wonton wrapper into the cups of a muffin tin and lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix together spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and minced garlic until well combined.
  4. Fill each baked wonton with the mixture generously and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.
