  • 1.5 tsp paprika
  • 1.5 tsp chili powder
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 large avocado
  • 16 oz cottage cheese
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Hot honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Dice sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes and toss with avocado oil spray, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Roast sweet potatoes in the air fryer for about 18 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden and crispy.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef until no pink remains; drain excess fat. Season with salt, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
