  • 3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 cups chopped strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 orange, zested and juiced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 (1.75 oz) package fruit pectin (powdered)
  • 5 cups granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine cranberries, strawberries, apple, orange zest and juice, lemon juice, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Cook over medium heat for about 10–15 minutes until the fruit begins to break down.
  2. Stir in the pectin and bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Add sugar all at once and return to a boil for another 1–2 minutes until well combined.
  3. Ladle hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving some space at the top. Seal tightly or process in a water bath for long-term storage.
