  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar (for glaze)
  • Additional orange juice (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sour cream, egg, orange juice, and orange zest until well combined.

  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
