  • 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini vegan marshmallows
  • 2 regular-sized Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars (broken into squares)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a 13×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer on the bottom of the pan.
  4. Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  6. Whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda; gradually mix into wet ingredients along with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  7. Spread dough over graham crackers and press down gently.
