  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Place seasoned potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
  4. Layer seasoned chicken over the potatoes in the slow cooker.
  5. Sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the chicken.
  6. Pour enough garlic parmesan sauce over everything to coat well.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
