  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into ½-inch cubes (1 pound)
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup green peas, frozen
  • Black pepper, to season

Instructions

  1. Dice chicken thighs into 1-inch pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the chicken on all sides for 4-5 minutes.
