- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Marinate the beef in a mixture of soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil for 10-15 minutes.
