  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (optional)
