  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil (or avocado oil)
  • Cooked white or brown rice
  • Chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions
