  • 2 cups scallions (chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch

Instructions
