  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or ½ teaspoon dried)

  • 1 package of puff pastry (2 sheets, thawed)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
