- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Prepare your ingredients by peeling and cubing the sweet potatoes.
