  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  2. Wash the cabbage, trim wilted leaves, and slice it into four discs about three-quarters of an inch thick.
  3. Place the cabbage steaks on a lined baking sheet and brush each side generously with olive oil.
  4. Season both sides with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until edges are crispy and centers are tender. Flip halfway through cooking.
  6. Let rest for five minutes before serving.
