1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 medium yellow onion (diced, about 1 cup)
½ pound ground beef
1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
4 cups (32 ounces) beef broth
1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
1 bag (25 ounces) frozen cheese ravioli
½ cup (119 g) heavy cream
1 cup (113 g) mozzarella cheese (shredded)
½ cup (40 g) romano cheese (shredded)
½ cup (50 g) parmesan cheese (shredded)
Fresh parsley (chopped), for garnish
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion, ground beef, and Italian seasoning; cook until meat is browned and onion is translucent.
Stir in minced garlic and season with salt and pepper; cook for another minute.
Pour in marinara sauce, beef broth, and crushed tomatoes; bring to a simmer.
Add frozen ravioli and let cook for 4–6 minutes until tender.
Lower heat and stir in heavy cream and cheeses until melted and creamy.
